Chip Neidigh is the Chief Catalyst for Kairos; below are his thoughts on the question.
The key for Chip is starting with the organization’s culture to help a team improve while using the same players. He would shift the focus to leadership development for creating a sustainable competitive advantage that enables those existing players to be more effective.
For a culture of leadership development, Chip would focus on three things…
- Feedback Given and Received Up & Down Chain of Command
- Coaching Deeper Than Just Behaviors...Values, Perspectives and Attitudes
- Providing Tools for Effectively Resolving Interpersonal Conflict
Developing these elements will create a platform for growth of leaders across all areas of an organization.
