Do Good Leaders Stifle Curiosity?
#RelationshipsMatter #Affinitates

This group doesn’t think so.

After learning more about each other, this group of area business leaders discussed their thoughts related to leaders stifling curiosity.

The thoughts and experiences shared provided helpful insight.

It ranged from those good leaders working to create curiosity by empowering their people, although some cultures are designed to increase efficiency as opposed to curiosity.

Being wrong can be challenging for some. There can be a fear of being wrong when curiosity uncovers a different approach that improves the process…but isn’t that what we want?

Good leaders won’t feel threatened by others having the curiosity to ask why something can’t be done a different way.

What are your thoughts?

What are the challenges of having a curious team?

What are the risks of NOT having a curious team?

Many quality thoughts came from today’s participants; thanks for the participation of Patrick O'Donnell, Dennis Nash, Deyman Doolittle, Dan Halverstadt, Christin Nevins, Brian Wahl, Sara Tokoly, Tammy Rimer, MBA, Courtney Lloyd

Thanks for the great venue Sharon Moore
