What? A Job Fair with a Spectator Section? Is the NFL the only one that can pull that off?
There are typically two groups of people getting excited about Job Fairs: HR professionals needing to fill open positions and individuals wanting to find a new role.
The NFL has found a way to bring a third group to its Job Fair...customers (commonly called fans). The passion we have for our teams has created interest in the process for selecting the talent that might lead to a Super Bowl victory.
No doubt, the NFL is an entirely different animal when it comes to business, but finding the right people is more challenging now than ever before.
What do your customers want to see in your workforce?
Does it take new hires to accomplish that? Or are there ways to get it done with the veterans you have?
