It's Often What I Didn't Ask For

Most appreciate good service. In fact, we have come to expect it.

But what is good service?

Is it when your attorney calls you back when she says? How about when your firm’s marketing assistant does the industry research he promised?

At Skyline Club - Indianapolis, I asked General Manager Jeff Markowicz for a small to-go box for a cookie. A few minutes later, the container Jeff brings has more than my one Santa Cookie (with all the extra icing)...it was full of Holiday goodies!

His going above & beyond made me feel special. I will gladly tell others about his service. That’s recognizing that Relationships Matter.
