What To Do With Bad Leaders?

Guten Tag from Munich!

What should a team member do when there’s a perceived leadership issue?

The history that has played out in Germany over the past several hundred years is amazing.

It’s truly humbling to walk thru these churches, palaces and castles.

There was even an opportunity to visit Hofbräuhaus…it was founded in 1589 and is one of Munich’s oldest beer halls.

All this history and grandeur didn’t ensure the best leaders would be in control. In fact, it often brought out the worst.

A visit to Dachou, a former concentration camp just outside Munich brought to mind many of the negative ways bad leaders can impact others.

In this particular case, it affected millions.

In past conversations with Chip Neidigh and Dennis Nash from the Affinitates Community, we talked about improving a team’s performance without changing team members.

In some cases, like what’s been experienced in Germany, the leaders were guiding the team down the wrong path.
